What is sepia?

Sepia is a warm, brownish tone originally created by adding sepia ink (from cuttlefish) to photographs. It gives images a nostalgic, vintage appearance and has been widely used in photography since the 19th century.

What does the intensity slider do?

The intensity controls how much of the sepia effect is applied. At 100%, the image is fully sepia-toned. At 50%, the original colors are blended halfway with sepia. At 0%, the image is unchanged.
